Our Drone Process

Every drone mission is planned around the location, airspace, safety, permissions, weather and the type of footage required. When drone flight is not viable, we look for alternative visual solutions that still serve the project.

Mission brief

We start by understanding the project: location, purpose, type of footage needed, timing, deliverables and how the visuals will be used. This helps define whether the shoot requires simple aerial coverage, FPV drone footage, ground footage or a larger video production approach.

Feasibility & Flight Planning

Before confirming the shoot, we assess the location, airspace, safety conditions, nearby people or buildings, weather, permissions and possible restrictions. If drone flight is not viable, we propose alternative visual solutions such as ground video, controlled interior movement or adjusted shooting angles.

Safe Production

On the shoot day, the operation is planned around safety, coordination and efficiency. We work with the client, crew or site team to capture the required footage without interrupting the environment more than necessary.

Delivery & Usage

After the shoot, we prepare the selected footage or final edited video according to the project needs. Deliverables can include raw aerial footage, edited videos, social media cuts, still frames or full video production assets.
